Terms and Conditions

Ordering, payments and your rights when shopping with GREIGN.

Last updated: 7 September 2026

These terms explain how purchases and services from Greign Pte Ltd work. We use “GREIGN”, “we” and “us” to mean Greign Pte Ltd, and “you” to mean our customer.

Email: contact@greign.com

Before you order

Please check the item description, measurements, price, delivery information and any conditions for personalised work. Our Delivery Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy and Aftercare and Warranty form part of these terms. A written bespoke order agreement also applies where relevant. Our Privacy Policy explains personal data use; accepting these terms does not subscribe you to marketing.

You must be at least 18, legally able to enter into the purchase, and authorised to use the payment method. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and keep account sign-in codes private.

Your order and payment

An automated order receipt confirms that we received your order. For standard online purchases, we accept your order when we send the dispatch confirmation. For bespoke or made-to-order work, acceptance occurs when we confirm the agreed specification and payment arrangements in writing.

An item in your shopping bag or wishlist is not reserved. If an item becomes unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or an order cannot lawfully be fulfilled, we will explain the issue and refund any payment taken for the affected item and related undelivered service. We will not substitute a different stone, setting or item without your agreement.

Payment may be taken before dispatch. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. If we cannot accept the order, we will initiate the refund within 7 business days of notifying you; your payment provider may take additional time to credit it.

Prices and charges

The currency and total payable to GREIGN appear at checkout or in your written quotation. Check these before paying. Delivery charges and any taxes or duties collected by us will be shown before payment. Import charges payable separately to a carrier or customs authority are explained in our Delivery Policy.

If a price or description contains a material error, we will contact you. You may accept the corrected offer or cancel the affected item for a refund. We will not charge more without your agreement. Later price changes do not change an accepted order.

Promotional codes are subject to the conditions shown with the offer. Any exclusions or minimum spend must be stated before purchase. Refunds are based on the amount actually paid for each item after discounts.

Understanding your jewellery

Natural stones can vary in colour, translucency, texture and inclusions. Product images may look different on different screens or under different lighting. These variations do not excuse a materially inaccurate description or undisclosed damage.

Please read the details for the individual item. We do not treat a statement about one creation as a promise about every piece in a collection. Laboratory reports, metal descriptions, treatment disclosures and origin claims apply only as stated for that item. Read our Authenticity and Product Information.

Measurements should be checked before ordering, especially for rigid jadeite bangles and rings. Ask us for help if you are unsure. A solid jadeite bangle or ring cannot be resized like a metal ring.

Changes and cancellations

Email us promptly with your order number. We will try to stop or amend a standard order before dispatch, but cannot guarantee a change once fulfilment has started. If it has shipped, the Returns and Refunds Policy applies.

For engraving, resizing, bespoke and other personalised work, please read the Bespoke and Personalisation Policy. We will disclose any cancellation charges before you commit. We do not automatically keep an entire deposit regardless of the work completed.

If something goes wrong

Contact us if your item is damaged, faulty, missing or materially different from its description. We will assess the issue and arrange the remedy required by applicable law. A change-of-mind returns deadline or a commercial warranty expiry does not remove your legal rights.

For delays outside our reasonable control, we will explain the impact and the available next steps. We will not hold your payment indefinitely for an order we cannot fulfil. Any cancellation or refund rights you have under applicable law remain available.

Using our website

You may browse and use the website for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, impersonate another person or submit fraudulent orders.

GREIGN’s branding, photographs, designs and written content belong to us or their respective rights holders. Please obtain permission before using them commercially. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices.

If you send us a review or photograph, you retain ownership. We will ask permission before publishing private correspondence or identifiable customer photographs for marketing.

Our responsibility and your rights

We are responsible for obligations that apply to us under consumer law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. We do not guarantee investment returns, resale value or health benefits from jewellery.

Singapore law governs these terms. Courts in Singapore may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory rights you have to bring a claim elsewhere. If we sell to you in another country, consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded continue to apply.

Please first email contact@greign.com with the issue and the outcome you would like. You may also seek independent assistance from the Consumers Association of Singapore or an appropriate court or regulator.

Updates to these terms

The version provided when you place your order applies to that order, together with any changes we later agree in writing. Updates apply to future orders and will carry a new effective date. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue where legally possible.
