The creation

The pendant’s name comes from the sweeping structure that crosses its upper edge. A narrow green body descends from this concentrated area of detail and widens toward the carved lower end. The result is an asymmetric composition with a strong sense of direction.

Colour and character

The pendant shows green colour moving through a long, curved central form. Lighter-looking passages interrupt the richer areas, while the polished surface catches slender reflections. A circular relief near the lower end gives the eye a second point of focus beneath the crown.
